Order Policy

  1. For the convenience of everyone, all orders must be placed on our website www.plantastic4.com
  2. You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been received.
  3. Orders will be prepared within 24 hours and do our best to complete the process and ship your plants within 7 days period.
  4. Tracking number will be provided to you for every shipment. Dragon Courier has a high success rate in delivering plants to its destination. 
  5. Order status is updated online from time to time.  Simply go to our website and login to your account to check your order status.
  6. Product photos on our website are for reference only.  Rest assured they are closely similar to what we will send you.
  7. Plants that are out of stock will have the Add to Cart button disabled or, customer is unable to checkout.
  8. If you have other desired plants in mind but are not available on our website, please contact us.  We will help you find your desired plants.
  9. Make an unboxing video each time you receive your order.  This will serve as a solid evidence when filing a complaint.
  10. If the plants arrived safe and sound, we would appreciate very much if you leave a positive feedback on our FB Page and recommend us to your friends.

Payment Policy

Payment methods available when ordering from us are:
  • International Bank Wire Transfer
  • Western Union
  • Money Gram

We do not accept Paypal or Debit/Credit Card payment at the moment.  Rest assured these payment methods are under consideration already for better convenience of our customers.

Your order will be processed as soon as payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders are acceptable under certain conditions:

  • Request for cancellation is done within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  • If such request was submitted beyond 24 hours, we can still accommodate your request but with 7% restocking fee.
  • Depending on the order, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on orders to cover the costs of payment processing and labor costs involved.
  • No request for cancellation will be entertained after 3 days or once the order has been shipped out.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. Shipping Method – We ship international using Dragon Courier, the No. 1 courier in Thailand for live plants export.
  2. Shipping Costs - Our shipping fee is weight-based and is supported for most regions wherein our system will automatically calculate the shipping cost for your order.  In case you only see a “Quote My Shipping” in the shipping option, it means that your region is not supported by our system and a manual shipping calculation has to be done prior to payment. 
  3. Winter Shipping Protection – We all know that shipping bare-rooted plants during winter season may be perilous as winter temperatures are too frigid for them to endure.  This is why we take extra measures to protect the plants along the way including using an insulated box to keep them warm and healthy, ensuring a safe travel to your doorstep.
  4. With all the extra care measures we provide during winter season, we charge an extra of non-refundable $10 to affected countries.
  5. Shipping Period – Orders are shipped within 7 days from date of purchase.  It will take another 7 days to get to your doorstep.  A tracking information will be provided at your website account as soon it gets available.  Likewise, your order status will be updated with the most accurate timeline.
  6. Delivery of Order – Once your orders have been packed and sent it to the Courier, you are no longer allowed to schedule the delivery of your orders.  As plants are perilous, they cannot stay long in the box, otherwise, they will perish. 
  7. Documents included:
    • Commercial Invoice
    • Packing List
    • AirWayBill
    • Phytosanitary Certificate
    • Import Permit copy (may be provided by customer)

Return Policy

Please understand that plants are perishable items.  And so, we do not accept returns.  No exceptions.  There is no way a plant would survive coming back to us after a period of 7 stressful days travelling to your destination. 

Please read through our Refund and/or Replacement policy in case you encounter any issue with our plants.

Refund Policy

  1. We can refund in case you have changed your mind from buying within 24 hours from time of your purchase.  We do not refund thereafter as we may have started processing your order by then.  Otherwise, item no. 4 on this policy shall apply.
  2. We can refund for missing or incorrect plants shipped.
  3. Shipping and Phytosanitary Certificate costs incurred with the order are non-refundable.
  4. Depending on the order, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on orders to cover our costs.
  5. Please get in touch with us within 24 hours from receipt of your order for assistance.  Refund is not accepted after 24 hours.
  6. Refund is not accepted for cosmetic damages.
  7. Please provide us proof of purchase and damaged goods to avail a refund.
  8. We only accommodate requests or complaint from our direct customers, i.e. the customer name in the invoice.  We do not accommodate indirect customers, i.e. a customer of our customer or part of a group order where our direct customer is the group admin.
  9. Refunds are processed within 3 days from date of filing a dispute.

Replacement Policy

1. Important Notes:  
i. Please make an unboxing video when opening your box and take clear photos of damaged plants, if any.
ii. Please file a complaint within 24 hours from receipt of your order.
iii. We do not replace plants due to customer negligence such as:
  • Not being available at the time of delivery of the plants.
  • Customer’s improper care.
2. We replace if:
i. Plants died on arrival and not over than 10 days from date of shipment.
ii. There are plants missing from the order.  Should the customer wishes to refund the missing plants, please read through our Refund Policy.
iii. Plants that were destroyed by the Customs of the destination country due to pests or bugs found in the plants.
iv. The Customs of the destination country destroyed the plants due to wrong paperwork being attached

3. We do not replace nor refund if:
i. Plants were seized or destroyed by the Customs of the destination country due to improper import permit submitted by the customer (if applicable).
ii. The box was taken hold by the Customs of the destination country for reasons beyond our control causing a delay in the release of the box.
iii. The fault was at the Courier’s end.  Please contact the Courier in case a mistake was made by them.

4. Should the customer wishes to refund in lieu of a replacement, a 7% handling fee will apply.  Phytosanitary fee & shipping cost are non-refundable.

Guarantees

  1.  We guarantee our plants to be healthy at the time of shipment and true to scientific name to the best of our knowledge.
  2.  We guarantee our experienced personnel provides the utmost packaging of live plants.
  3.  Some plants are expected to experience weariness and cosmetic damage possibly caused by drastic changes to their environment.  Please give a few days or weeks for your plants to adjust to its new home.
